Lets go back in time when things were more warm, wholesome, relaxing, and peacefull.  Why not leave the hassels of the big city life behind this year and come to Sunset Acres?  Enjoy an old fashion Norman Rockwell Christmas! Where you'll find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, fireplace flickering away, and Christmas music playing in the background.  When you arrive you'll find a beautiful poinsette placed in your room and fresh baked cookies.  Later enjoy fresh coco & homemade maples scones by the fireplace.  Of course, each morning there will be a gourmet style breakfast waiting just for you.  Complete with fresh ground coffee and a farm fresh egg dish among other delights.  There's pool & darts to play; hot tub to star gaze from in front of a woodburning fireplace; movies to watch and plenty of games to play....   BUT No holiday would be complete without the altimate feast, "Served in front of the fireplace!!"  Enjoy the traditional holiday dinner or maybe something a little more elegant!  The choice of course, is your's!  Eithere way, it's all good... All will be white glove service on cloth table cloths and napkins in front of the fireplaces!  We will be happy to serve you as over night guests or as a private dinner party.  We can serve from 2 to 24!   Advanced reservations are required as well as a deposit of 50% at time of reservation.  Party of 8 or more will require a gratuity of 20%.  Stay Safe.  Happy Holidays to all!

Let us help make this special time for you as the MOST ROMANTIC & Stress Free!  Lets start with a Two Night Romantic get-a-way, secluded away from the cares of the city.  Fireplaces, romantic music, flowers, star lights, etc.  Gourmet food and 3 beautifully appointed theme guest rooms to choose from.  We can cater to your particular needs and desires for this special event in your life.  Your Honeymoon starts here: 2 nights; welcoming gift basket, 2 dozen white roses, candles & a bottle of bubbly  upon check-in along with fresh chocolate dipped strawberries. Wonderful, gourmet breakfast complete with fresh ground coffee or hot tea & homemade scones.  Later on this day relax on the gazebo or in-front of the fireplace with a one hour, couples massage.  Now is the time to enjoy a nice picnic basket but we're happy to have it ready whenever you would like! After wards, enjoy a warm shower and the hot tub, take a nap or watch a movie.  A Romantic Candle Light Dinner will be served under the stars.  There are many local wineries to visit as well as Powell Gardens to see.

Why go to Las Vegas or the court house?  Why not have the perfect small wedding here (2-75 guests)?  There's 12 beautiful acres full of natural beauty.  We can provide the perfect spot for you, such as: the gazebo area's; by the pond; pool patio with a fountain; bridge area and now, the new pergola area complete with a rose garden done in reds, pinks, & white roses & tulips!!  We also have a minister: can cater as much or as little you like, prices starting $4.99 p.p. and as formal as you like for up to $45.99 p.p. ; cake & flowers; decorations: photographer; music;  etc..  Your wedding is catered to your wants, needs & budget!  After all, it is YOUR DAY!! Ground rentals are $100 per hour with a two hour min. Rent 4 hours and get the fifth one for half price; Honeymoon suite; 3 theme guest rooms; spa services, etc..  You just name it! We can cater from 2 to 30 out side and up to 16 inside for your special group of people.  Can be a very romantic dinner for two on your anniversay in front of the fireplace..  Or, fun for a group of family and friends..  We can go formal or as casual as your want.  Buffet style, bbq or white glove service.  Prices start at $10.99 up to $45.99 p.p.
