This beautiful, 12 arce Estate, is located 20 minutes East of Blue Springs and 35 minutes east of Kansas City, in Odessa, MO.  We offer three themed guest rooms with all modern amenities.  Great fishing can be had at the pond that is loaded with large bass, hybrid bluegill and catfish.  Fishing is permitted for catch & release or catch enough for your dinner that you'll enjoy cooking on the large stainless steel grill on the main deck.  Fishing license "is not" required, Just don't forget your Gear!!

several gardens; picnic area; 16 foot beautiful gazebo just off the dining room & front deck; in-ground swimming pool; 7 person hot tub in an enclosed cabanna over looking the pond & front field; billards room with a bar style pool table & electric dart board; rec. room with a fire place complete with satellite TV, VCR & DVD players as well as reclining chairs for your comfort. There's also an extensive movie library in which to view in this room or may be watched in the privacy of your own guest room.  We now offer High Speed Wireless Internet connection.

We offer a complete gourmet breakfast including: fresh ground flavored coffee; juice; farm fresh eggs and home made scones. Pop will be available in the guest refrigerators and treats  will be placed in the rooms daily. 

If you would like to add extra fun to your stay, please inquire about any of the following, for an additional fee: candle light dinner, massages by the fireplace or pool side, flowers, balloons, designer cake, gift basket, or anything else you can think of! Also available are picnic baskets at an extra charge.
